Opera is our new multi coloured floral embroidery

Opera is our new multi coloured floral embroidery of complex stitch work covering the entire surface of the fabric. With a patchwork backdrop between the stems, shades of blue, green, red, and pink combine for a truly luxurious statement fabric.

With so many colours it is a gorgeous complement to many schemes, here we have paired Opera with Audrey in Pigeon, Oscar in Denim and Hotchpotch in Jewel Tones 💎

We have released three new colourways of our popul

We have released three new colourways of our popular Audrey stripe: a rich Indigo 🔵, a spicy Paprika 🍊 and a soft Verdigris 🌊

They are a welcome addition to six existing colourways, which are shown together on this Charcoal chaise longue. Audrey is handwoven on a fine silk warp with a linen weft and so the fabric has a terrific ‘crunchy’ handle - as you can see in the ruffles of these gorgeous cushions.

I love to play with colour, scale and texture in decorating and so our new collection, Petits Fours, has been such a delight to pull together. The collection includes three different styles of stripe, including new colourways of our popular Audrey Stripe, some lovely prints taken from hand-painted motifs and a large-scale embroidery, all informed by French documents. We have also included the first faux-unis to the collection, Brûleé, with a painterly texture creating an intrigue and depth I feel is often missing when decorating with plains.

The tablecloth in this image is our gorgeous new embroidery, Opera, topped with flowers fresh from my garden! 🌸
